How to authenticate the integration​

We'll use a test app, Acme AI, to show how an end-user can authenticate the integration between GuestWisely and Acme AI.

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations section within Acme AI app.

  2. Among the list of Integrations, click on GuestWisely's logo and you will be redirected to the Authentication Screen as shown below.

  3. If your application is already registered on the marketplace, go to Settings → API & Integrations → Marketplace → Your Application. You’ll find the Key, Pass, and Owner Token on this page.

  4. If your application is not registered on the marketplace, go to Settings → API & Integrations → Website API Access. The Key, Pass, and Owner Token will be available there.

  5. Once you have this information, enter it on the Authentication screen from Step 2 to complete the authentication successfully.
